I founded KDB Associates, Inc. out of a simple conviction: smaller companies deserve access to the same caliber of HR partnership that has historically been reserved for large enterprises.

I bring deep, progressive HR experience across industries including healthcare, maritime, transportation and warehousing, executive relocation, and interiors integration. Most recently serving as Director of HR for over a decade at an interiors integrator, I have operated as a true HR Business Partner, providing shared services across organizations ranging from 250 to 1,500 employees, spanning multiple U.S. states and international operations.

I am a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through HRCI, a credential that reflects my commitment to the highest standards of HR practice. I get energized by the human side of business, solving the challenges that slow teams down, building cultures where people genuinely want to show up, and creating the kind of clarity and structure that lets both people and organizations thrive.
